Powers & Duties of:

Municipal Chief Auditor

Appointed u/s 45(1) of the BPMC Act, 1949 by the Corporation with the approval of the State Government to perform duties prescribed u/s 47(1) of the said act. He has to perform duties under the direct control of the Standing Committee.

Municipal Secratary

Municipal Secretary is a Secretary of the Corporation as well as of the Standing Committee. Duties and Powers of Municiapal Secretary are as described under Section 48 of the BPMC Act 1949. Click here for details.
