Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) has built the SUMAN Health Survey app as a personalized app for SMC employees. This SERVICE is provided by Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform application users regarding organization’s policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. - Name, User IDs, Address and Phone number for user identification, to assist and support via email.
- Other user informations like gender & date of birth for in-app functionalities
- Device ID for device and permission based management, for user categorization/classifications.
- Media access (only photos) for in app functionalities.
- To monitor, analyze and describe usage patterns and performance of the service, including aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.
- To improve Our services, including testing, research, internal analytics and product development.
- To notify you about changes to Our App and its services.
- To comply with legal requirements, and to protect Our legal rights or the rights of others.
- To provide you support and assistance.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
