3. Update user profile details (for Participants who already participated in the last year book fair can update their details) through website
4. Participants have to book stalls in their respective stall category only viz.

(Publishing company must have published atleast 50 titles of above mentioned subjects)

Religious & Spiritual books Publishers & Distributors of Religion & Spiritual books 6
Distributors of Educational aids & Stationary Education/Academics materials including educational Aids and CDs etc. 7

Note: Agency has to book stalls in above mentioned category only. During the event if any booked stall is found not related to particular category then in such case stall shall be cancelled and no refund shall be made at any cost.

5. It is required to submit the following documents for verification purpose.
5.1 Proof of business in publishing/selling books/stationery.
a. Shop & Establishment License or Business Registration License or Certificate, etc.
b. Membership certificate of Book Seller’s/Stationer’s Association, etc.
c. Certificate issued by the publisher for appointment as dealer/retailer/distributor, etc.
5.2 Property Tax Bill / Light Bill / Telephone Bill.
6. If participants fail to verify the documents will not be eligible for advance payment and stall booking process.

8. Stall Booking for HORTICULTURAL & SHILP GRAM DOME No. 8 to 11.

Offline Booking

Initially allotment of stalls will be done by draw system. Application for Booking will be received from Dt. 15-01-2020 to Dt. 20-01-2020 & allotment of stalls will be done on Dt. 21-01-2020, at 11:00 am by draw. There after from Dt. 22-01-2020 booking of remaining stalls will be done on first come first basis. (Registration form and Terms & Conditions)
