Rates Applicable for Different Categories of Programs

Electricity will be charged separately and shall be deducted from deposit amount.
Charges towards display of banners, erection of stalls (other then food and beverages), screens, extra time (1 hr max.), housekeeping, damages (if any), govt. taxes etc. shall be deducted as per prevailing rules and regulations of Indoor Stadium from deposit amount.
Food and beverages from outside are not allowed inside Indoor Stadium premises.
Adequate security arrangements shall be made by event organizers at their own cost and engaged security agency shall be responsible for maintaining law and order, checking and frisking of audience, regulation of traffic, parking of vehicles etc.
Production of all necessary permissions, licenses, NOCs etc. is mandatory for event organizers before commencement of program.
Indoor Stadium is available at reduced rate also during lean season & / or week days.
