- Screen Charges : 1000 INR per screen per session(LED / LCD / Plasma / TV / Screen)
- Reinstatement Charges : as per proposed expenditure incurred in upkeeping & / or reinstatement after probable damage & / or creation of garbage.
- Charge for additional water supply : 2000 INR per 10 KL
- Change in date / session / prog type : 5000 INR
- GST : 18 % on Rent / Cancellation / Deductions
- Theatre Tax : As & when applicable

- Performance & Ticket Selling from Police
- NOC from Elect Inspector, to energise & operate temp load viz light, sound etc
- NOC from R & B for stage, when dignitary having Z+ protection will preside
- Copyright Lic, to play music either live or recorded or both
- Copy of receipt for payment of fire fighter charges
- Letter of consent from hired security agency
- List of banners with size & numbers
- Copy of self cancelled tickets / invitation, for record purpose only
- List of hired agencies for stage / lights / sound / others
- GST Registration Certificate for exhibitions cum sale type programs
- Food Lic from SMC, in case permission is granted to offer food / beverages
- Copy of Income Tax PAN / TAN

H) Instructions (for Event Organizers)
- All works pertaining to pre-productions & dismantling shall be carried out under he direction of duty in charge only.Entire sports surface must be properly covered with good quality of carpets before starting pre-production work.
- Security personnel must be in proper dress code & have training certificate.
- Selling or distribution of food, beverages etc shall be allowed only after obtaining NOC from Health Department of Surat Municipal Corporation.
- Application for TDS exemption certificate must be submitted before scheduled event.
I) Instructions (for Spectators)
- Entry with money purse only.
- Food & / or beverages from outside aren't allowed.
- Possession of prohibited article/s is illegal & liable for rejection of right to enter.
